The NEOGEN Bio-Peel Gauze Peeling Wine combines both the benefits of physical and chemical exfoliation in one convenient product. These pads gently yet effectively removes dead skin cells, leaving skin smooth and clear. Utilising the patented 3-layer pad technology, and formulated with lactic acid to penetrate deep into the pores to clear out excess sebum and impurities for clearer and more even skin.

Directions

After cleansing, take out one gauze and slip your fingers into the sleeve of the gauze peeling wine pad with the criss-crossed gauze side (picture 2) facing down. Gently sweep across the face and neck in an upward and outward motion, avoiding eye area.

Next, flip the pad so that the gauze side is facing up and the soft, quilted side (picture 3) is facing down. Swipe the softer side across the face to pick up any remaining debris.

Apply more to problem areas and rinse off with lukewarm water. Follow up with toner and the remaining steps of your skin care routine.

*For best results, use twice a week or as needed.

    SHIPPING POLICY

    If you placed an order with us recently, your order may take longer to get to you than normal. Due to the current health pandemic, our warehouse team is operating with limited hours as safety is our priority and mail carriers are operating at smaller capacity. We appreciate your patience during this challenging time!

    All parcels are shipped from our fulfillment center within 1-3 business days of your order confirmation. If a shipping delay occurs, we will aim to inform customers of the issue within 3 days.

    All orders made are final, and we cannot guarantee that changes to products and/or shipping details can be made once order confirmation is sent to you. It is your responsibility to make sure all details are correct before confirming your order.

    We are not responsible for any additional customs fees that may occur during the shipping process. Unfortunately once the package has shipped, we are unable to refund shipping fees as the payment has been made to the postal carrier. Nudie Glow is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

     

    RETURNED TO SENDER

    For shipping address, we strongly advise you to use an address where someone is available to collect the parcel during business hours Monday to Friday. 

    If a parcel is returned to Nudie Glow because it was unclaimed or had the incorrect address submitted with the order, the customer is responsible for an additional handling & postage fee of $20 to have it re-delivered. If you prefer a refund on the returned parcel, we will deduct $20 off the total order amount (excluding Express Shipping charges) to cover handling & postage fees. Nudie Glow is not responsible for unclaimed or incorrectly addressed parcels and does not offer replacement packages.

    RETURNS, REFUND OR EXCHANGE

    Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products, we do not offer refund/return/exchange on skincare orders once shipped unless products inside the parcel box and individual product boxes are damaged when received.

    All products are checked for quality before dispatch and while we try our best to ensure that the products are delivered to you in perfect condition, products may be damaged in the delivery process. If you receive a box with damaged items inside, please contact us at usa@nudieglow.com within 14 days, along with photos of the damaged product(s) (damaged box not included as it does not affect the quality of products inside).

    Once approved, we will arrange for your item(s) to be returned. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange on damaged goods.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
